COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Temperatures are expected to be in the 90‘s through Friday and Central Ohio will be under an excessive heat watch Thursday.
The City of Columbus is reminding residents of free public spaces open to all to cool down. Including malls and libraries.
“We have 23 library locations serving Franklin County. Each one of those 23 is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and of course great books. And plenty of spaces to sit hang out relax. We always like to say come loiter at the library. How many places can say that? Come loiter,” said Ben Zenitsky with Columbus Metropolitan Library.
