More than $256,000 raised at Walk to Defeat ALS in Dublin

Hundreds of people took part in the Walk to Defeat ALS, hosted by the ALS Association’s Central and Southern Ohio Chapter.

The walk raised more than $256,000. The funds will benefit those with ALS, otherwise known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease, and their families and go towards research to find a cure.

Before the walk started, people living with ALS and their family members shared their stories. Participants also heard from a family who lost its loved one to the disease.
