A popular Columbus restaurant is getting a permanent – albeit mobile – home in Cincinnati.
Schmidt’s Sausage Haus has added a fifth food truck to its fleet. This one has a specific mission as it’ll head down Interstate 71 and post itself in Cincinnati starting this month.
“The fifth truck will be able to help us spread our wings a little more and venture into markets that we have not been able to tap into due to lack of equipment or people power following the pandemic,” CEO Andy Schmidt said in a release.
