2023 Columbus Air Show wraps up

For the first time in more than 10 years, the Columbus Air Show returned to central Ohio for the past three days.

The event brought more than 100,000 people to Rickenbacker International Airport where spectators were treated to many different air stunts and even a chance to visit history through featured aircrafts dating back to the Vietnam war and before.

“That’s our main job,” Jim Wise with the Yankee Air Museum said. “Keeping history alive if you will. Keeping aviation and people enthused with aviation and keeping these older airplanes alive.”
