In 1968 architect Bob Wandel designed and built his family home in Grandview Heights, OH, a suburb of Columbus.

And now, he’s parting with his three-bedroom, two-bath masterpiece. The hillside home of 2,180 square feet was listed for $690,000 and found a buyer after just 14 days. The property is now pending sale.

The quick sale is not surprising, notes listing agent Nickie Evans, of Coldwell Banker Realty–Arlington/Clintonville/Grandview Regional. They received 26 requests for showings on the very first day of listing.
